What we collect

When you write via the contact form or email, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message. If you call, we may note your name and callback number to complete a repair or stock check. At the counter we may record a first name, contact detail, and a brief description of the watch for tagged pickup jobs. We do not sell customer lists or build marketing profiles from repair notes.

Why we process data

We process contact and job notes to answer enquiries, schedule pickups, and perform strap or battery service you request. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to or performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in running a small workshop and securing abandoned tagged pieces). Necessary cookies that keep your consent choice are processed under Article 6(1)(c) or (f) as described in our Cookies page. Optional analytics run only if you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry emails and form messages are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and any related repair, then deleted or archived for a short bookkeeping window where Danish accounting rules require a record of a paid service. Tag slips for watches left at the desk are destroyed after pickup or after a reasonable unclaimed period when we have tried to reach you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email providers that process messages on our behalf act as processors under instructions and GDPR-compatible arrangements. We may disclose information if Danish law or a competent authority requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data where applicable, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
