Terms
Website use and workshop service terms for Fierce Nowhere Watch Desk in Aarhus.
These terms govern use of fiercernowhere.coupons and services offered by Fierce Nowhere Watch Desk at Søndergade 19, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark. By using the site or leaving a watch for strap or battery work, you agree to the conditions below. Questions: [email protected] or +45 86 55 01 84.
Website
Content on this site is informational. Prices, stock, and turnaround times quoted verbally or by email prevail over general descriptions. We may update pages without notice. You may not scrape, mirror, or misuse the site in a way that burdens our hosting or misrepresents the desk.
Services
We provide simple strap fitting, spring-bar seating, accessible bracelet link adjustment, and battery replacement for everyday watches when parts and tools allow. We may decline jobs that require sealed dive pressure testing, specialised proprietary tools, or full movement overhaul. An estimate is given before work begins on standard swaps; agreeing to the estimate authorises the job.
Parts and seals
Batteries and straps are fitted with reasonable care. Reopening a case can affect water resistance; we do not warrant that a counter battery change restores a factory seal rating. If you need certified pressure testing, seek a specialised service. Leather and fabric straps wear with use; we do not guarantee cosmetic life beyond normal materials behaviour.
Payment and pickup
Payment is due when the job is complete unless otherwise agreed. Watches left for ordered parts must be collected within the window we note on the tag. Unclaimed pieces may incur storage notice; after reasonable attempts to contact you under Danish property and consumer practice, we may take further steps permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent allowed under Danish mandatory consumer law, our liability for workshop work is limited to repair of the specific job or a refund of the fee paid for that job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, moisture already inside a case, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Consumers resident in the EU retain mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Denmark; Danish consumers may also use EU consumer dispute channels where applicable.
